The Optimal Foods for you are foods which test at 90% – 100% positive benefit for your body. It is recommended that your diet consist mainly of these foods.
Foods which test as inappropriate for your body will also be shown in your report. It is highly recommended to avoid them.
The remaining foods on the food list are "neutral." If you focus your diet around the Optimal Foods, it is fine to eat the neutral ones sparingly as well. For instance, 80% of each meal would consist of the optimal foods for your body, and the other 20% could be the neutral foods.
