This food plan contains only the foods which calibrate as optimum - or 100%. This is completely different to the Optimal Foods Report. That contains two separate lists of foods - those which calibrate as Optimal (meaning 90-100% positive for the body, and those which testing indicates should not be eaten at all. It leaves a large amount of foods which are neutral, and can be eaten sparingly. Foods can be combined as desired.
This plan is quite different. The foods are organized in specific meals -an Optimum Breakfast, an Optimum Lunch, an Optimum Dinner.
This plan can be followed 80/20 - meaning eat 80% of these foods, and 20% of other foods. This can be done several different ways. You could eat your Optimum lunch, for example, and add in 20% of any other food you would like. You could eat your Optimum Food Plan at home, and save your 20% for when you eat out. (If you eat out frequently, you will need to consider this...) There are many ways to make this plan work for you if it is your desire and committment.
Since this is such a radically different way of eating than most people are used to, it does take some getting used to. Many people find once they are used to it however, they love the foods, the simplicity, the ease of shopping and cooking...and the steady balanced feeling they get from it. If forced to be off the program for any length of time - traveling or during holiday party madness - they are eager to get back to it and can really feel the difference in their bodies and energy.

Sample Optimum Food Plan:
All foods may be seasoned with salt and pepper only. Follow this diet 80/20, meaning you may eat 20% other foods as desired…
65oz tap or filtered water per day.
Ease into this diet for the first week, by eating the recommended meals, with some of your usual foods as well.
*One thing to note: each food has its own unique energy, so you should eat each food in a meal separately, finishing one before moving on to the next.
